Anybody had success with Pacificare/UnitedHealthcare?

Just got our denial letter from Pacificare. Now I'm trying to find if they have paid in the past.

Hello,

I know PacificCare and United Health Care have both paid for ADRs in the past. I cannot remember who got PacificCare to pay, but they did.
I have a friend who got United to pay for double Charite.
