anyone had a successful appeal with Messa BCBS in MI?
I've been denied 3 times by BCBS of Michigan for a ProDisc-C. I'm just starting my appeal to the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation. ANyone had any success in going this route? Or has anyone had the Prodisc-C approved by BCBS Michigan?
Would it help to gather information from a second surgeon, or is that just clouding the issue? Thanks Rick
