I am waiting to see if BC BS of Arkansas will approve diskogram and then ADR. Does anyone have any experience with Blue Cross True Blue PPO related to this coverage? Any info will be appreciated.

I have Community Blue PPO and it covered my entire 4 level ADR surgery in Germany. All $61,000.00 of it. They also covered the discogram as well.
