Cigna Denials

Has any one out there heard about Cigna covering multi-level lumbar disc replacement surgeries?

I need multi-level disc replacement surgery covering from L3 to L5-S1. I was supposed to be going in for surgery this Jan 5th, but with the denial Im now in the process of the appeal.

Any feedback would be helpful.
