Copy of approval letter from Cigna needed.
My Fiance is in need of artificial cervical disc replacement surgery. Cigna of course denied coverage in the preauthorization process. Does anyone have a copy of an approval letter from Cigna for the Prodisc-C, Bryant-C or any other artificial disc replacement? It may help with our appeal to show that they have approved coverage for the surgery in the past.
I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
