They gave it a real good go before the State of Connecticut Workers Compensation Commission to get one of Dr. Yues patients 4-level. I still can't figure out all this legal stuff so you should read it yourself. 4 level Pro Disc DenialIt looks like they wouldn't have even authorized a 4 level fusion. No where in here does is say what the claiment is suppose to do now. I have met with the Plaintiffs' attorney and believe him to be an ADR advocate, even though he didn't think much of me. I am sure he gave it a good try.
