Hello,
I had a successful Prodisc-C cervical ADR surgery in 4/2008 and am now battling with Independence Blue Cross for coverage because the procedure is being called experimental. Can anyone send me approval letters showing other BC/BS approval for ADR (or copies of any successful appeals)? Thanks so much! Best regards, Kevin ksheraton@hotmail.com

Age 35. Cervical DDD. C6-7 ACDF on 9/1/2006 - got 100% life back. C4-5 ADR on 4/28/2008 (ProDisc-C) - 90% relief so far but 100% satisfaction and got 100% life back! Now appealing to Independence Blue Cross (IBX) / Personal Choice for reimbursemen
