Thumbs up wellpoint sues the state of Maine

Netting $2.5 billion in profits last year wasn't enough for WellPoint, the nation's largest insurance company.

Now, WellPoint's affiliate, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, is suing the state of Maine for refusing to guarantee it a profit margin in the midst of a painful recession.

The beginning of the video is a testimonial of a woman who was denied ADR coverage even though she paid her premiums. I think most people here have been in her spot.

Good video -- I was looking for more (not that there has to be...we've seen this in spades!). Is there a longer video?
DVD in the works? Etc.
So sad...

Please don't forget about our community's struggles! Though there are many stories, please see and add your story here.

It's important that we let the people of the world know how we've suffered with spinal disabilities. Your post can help communicate both the obvious and the subtle!
