It's impossible to find out what employers offer Aetna until after you're offered a job.

Anyone know of a company in southern Cal or WI that offers Aetna?

The only company I am aware of so far is MGIC.

Costco.

You become vested after six months. I don't know, if they have a pre-existing condition window. You can probably tell by searching their online HR and benefits section.

You apply for employment and then call after about 5 days to check on the status of your application (they want interested employees) and then should get an interview....

Another company that I overlooked is Aetna. Seems silly but Aetna provides insurance on your first day of employemnt (according to their website). They appear to have two types of coverage one with no pre-existing condition provisions and one with pre-existing conditions. I could not find information on how long these conditions last.

Their website allows you to find jobs in your state.
