Meaning my back sucks. But it's good to know that it's just the ESI working on me, not that I'm any better. Sometimes when the pain is so controlled I begin to think that I'm doing better, the back is somehow getting better tho after all these years and all the "stuff" going on in there~ well, yeah, going to get that ADR one of these days..

Yeah, it's definitely the pits when you get up hope that you'll have long term pain relief and then the treatment doesn't last very long. Sounds like you had a few good walks to the beach recently though. I hope you have less pain.

Still feeling crappy. Planning on next ESI.
Re ADR, not ready for the next diagnostic discogram as I want to be sure whomever does my surgery here (CA.) can handle 3 levels if necessary (concordant for pain this time at L3,L4, L5S1) - last 2 are shoe-ins. It's that "if it would be 3 levels.." This will be my 3rd discogram and I'm sure one can set a record for the # gotten before ADR surgery tho I don't want to be that person! So wait on I do...also try to build up bone density mass a bit. Drugs, ESIs...hate to continue on tho dont' feel the time is right yet~ Also right now my neck is killing me...double dipping is it called??
