When you had that "closed" procedure taht resulted in long-term leg pain, that wasnt by chance from Dr. Yeung was it?

I ask because I recall someone very similar to you posting on Dr. Yeung's old board in 2001.

Paul,
No, this was a surgeon in Los Angeles, and I think the procedure was relatively new at the time and he did a blind shot taking a bit too much disc from what I was told about the report (which became unobtainable to me).
The leg pain did calm down tho it took the full 5 years and it was gnawing, insufferable pain so I was put on Elavil and Prolixin (didn't tolerate the Prolixin well) and finally the symptoms started to fade as did the need for the Elavil.
However, nerve pain did reestablish itself or linger in certain places and quite strongly so in '98 I was put on Neurontin which along with Methadone seems to have knocked out nerve pain pretty much...
