hi, i have been in lower back pain for 2 years now, thank god i love to listen to music...i do get very depressed about my back...when i play some music i love, it bring my spirits back up...
i am playing some early GENESIS today...i love bands like yes ,king crimson , lots of prog rock....so as i work on getting my back back to wellness , and it is work!!!!listen to your fave music....it helps...

I am also a music lover. For those of you that also like music and pay silly amounts of money to a cable company -- do you listen to the commercial-free music stations? I hooked up my cable box output to the stereo and listen to music all day and all night! And it sure does lift the spirits...
