I went and had an X-Ray of my implant today. After 8 months of weight-lifting... it is still in proper position. ADR March 11, 2005.

Laura (Wonderwoman) is an example to us all, she was the runner up for (I think) Miss Universe she has muscles where you wouldn`t have them and has got back into training again since her ADR.

A lady with much metabolic knowledge -- - - way to go Laura

Justin - Thanks and Exactly..perfect form..only done by 0.01% of the gym population, glad to hear you are doing well in the gym too..I also have been going heavy...it feels awesome!!
