Anyone familiar with this type of "fusion"?

"Dr. Paul Vaughan, an orthopedic spine surgeon who has been practicing for over 20years has invented a groundbreaking product. His spinal implant will hold the spine similar to a 360 fusion, both anteriorly and posteriorly to the center of axis of motion of the spine, but will all be done through an anterior approach. This anterior device can be used on high-risk multiple level cases in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine."
