Back brace recommendations?

My doctor gave me a back brace to use when playing tennis.

I believe it's the Donjoy:

I am going to be using it to place tennis. Does anyone have any other recommendations for back braces to be used while playing sports?

2/2001 - Lami/Discectomy L5/S1
2/2001 - fell down stairs
2/2002 - Lami/Discectomy on L5/S1 again
2/2002 - present - severe lower left back pain. Can't sit for > 30 minutes at a time. After playing tennis I'm limping for 2-3 days
1/2009 - Dr recommends L5/S1 Fusion + L4/L5 ADR
4/20/2009 - 2nd opinion. Surgical recommendation: double fusion (no ADR). Nonsurgical recommendation: Celebrex daily, Medrol Dose pack on standby, Flector patch, back brace for tennis
