Default Fusion question

Went to see Dr. Delamarter recently and was hoping for ADR. DR. stated I was "too far gone" for ADR. "Too much curve". I have heard a lot about Dr. Delamarter in regards to ADR / Prodisc. Has anyone heard of his expertise or experienced a fusion procedure from him? Mine would be L-3 thru S-1 (3 level) as per him, he accesses both posterior and anterior during surgery. Is this what you could call a 360 degree fusion? My understanding this is stronger?
Need to make a decision . Thanks MUCH!!!

Default 3 Level Fusion

Anybody out there with a "sucessfull" 3 level L3-SI fusion I would sure like to hear your experiences and stories . Thanks so much for this forum. I think the mental / emotional pain is the worst part of this crap. Thanks again.
