Hard Nerve Pain - need your help !

If anyone have had a pain treatment against neuropathic or nerve pain by Dr Aaron Filler, I would like to hear about, good and bad things as well.

Did anyone have heared about MR Neurography ? Do you know if there is a similiar device in Europe ?

I would appreciate any details you might have.

Well when I lived in socal, I found the neurography institute website and went to a special certified MRI site for a MRN scan. The problem I experienced is that when I asked my pain management dr about it, he wasn't all that familiar with this technology and didn't request specific nerves be reviewed so what I got was basically a regular MRI report out of the Institute. My pain mgmt dr was not impressed the report I got.

If there is a specific nerve you want looked at, you have to get an Rx / referral from your treater to direct them to look at a specific nerve. Most nerves are pretty small so they need very specific instruction and direction, otherwise you're not going to get your monies worth. Just a general complaint of pain in an area will be way too vague. I was very upset with the process. I only talked to a sales rep/receptionist type person to schedule the appt, and when I got a called from the tech right before the scan, I told them about specific nerves to check...but they didn't do it because it was just me making the request, not the dr. But I didn't learn about that hiccup until after they billed me. I didn't understand why they didn't specify that before I went through with the test. It felt like a scam to me but under the right circumstances with the right treater interested in the technology and willing to spend the time to narrow the field of nerves, using injections for different nerves or something... it might be helpful???? I'm just not sure under what circumstances this is effective. I never saw this dr. When I had the MRN I never had direct contact with a dr. affilliated with the Neurography Institute.

Did you do the MRN by Dr. Filler ?
What have he done after the MRN an injection, what was your treatment?
Which Dr. is the most experience in nerves pain?
