I saw a ginormous ad in the Boston Globe today which caught my attention (as any ad should, I suppose):
"FREE SEMINAR ON BACK PAIN" – see http://www.spineseminar.com/nashua I recall some of the posts where patients shared their stories about their experiences with the Laser Spine Institute. Some were good, but most were not so good. Here are some of the posts: Cervical procedures (really quite tragic; you may recall Daniela, who lives in Australia) BONATI IINSTITUTE & LSI LASER anyone had laser surgery Anyone had or know much about Laser surgery for Stenosis? These are the most pertinent topics but there are others. I may be attending the September seminars in Nashua, NH…let me know if you may attend.

interesting. looks like the seminar has completely avoided the west coast except for vancouver BC. I wonder if they were avoiding something or steering clear of state laws that they would violate?

Jim and I attended the seminar in London Ontario. Dr. Perry looked at Jim's MRI and stated he felt Jim was a surgical candidate (to do endoscopic surgery on the osteophytes pressing on the nerves). The quoted price was $30,000 American all inclusive. I believe this includes the hotel and pick up at the airport and all tests, pre-op, surgery, and post op physio. (5 days in total). I wonder if anyone is ever turned down. Jim is excited as this is the first doctor to state he can be helped. Any comments?
