Marcain Pump

I'm trying to stave off a 3 level ADR for another year or 2. Anyone had a marcain pump implanted pre-op for pain control?

Danny,

You may want to rethink your approach. Other members from this board have permanent nerve damage and or permanent facet damage from waiting too long for surgery. If that happens you will be looking at perhaps lifelong nerve pain. If your facets go, you will be looking at a mandatory fusion.

Its a very slippery slope and a very personal decision as to when is the right time for surgery. Good luck with your tough decision.

Thanks for the input Dan. Facets are good according to Feb/05 MRI. Been dealing with this for 20 years, hopefully another 1 or 2 won't change much. I Hope!
