Default NEW PAIN LIL SCARED c5-c6 prodisc-c

anyone thats had a c5-c6 adr ever have waves of pressue build up in your head? I just recently started having episodes of waves of pressure building up in my head and then sharp stinging pain behind both my left ear or my right ear one or the other never both at the same time and then the pressure would just let up but leave me feeling clamy sick to my stomach eye pain on the side that did it and dizzy I swear my head feels like its swelling I cant even wear my glasses they feel tight ??? Im going to have my adr removed and a fuzion done or a larger adr put in real soon end of august first of September..

May 5, 2010 had c5-c6 prodisc-c ADR surgery in Yakima, WA. 16 months later after suffering every minute of every day I had a posterior cervical fusion c5-c6 over the prodisc surgery on September 9, 2011 Second times the charm so far so good...

Hi Sissyjoc,
I would definitely go in and get that one checked out - especially with continuing symptoms. It could be something as simple as a migraine or have something to do with all the triggerpoints in your neck and spasming of the vertebral artery. I had sort of the same symptoms on and off for about 6 months w/dizziness, vertigo, and ear pain w/my triggerpoints but never that head pressure symptom you describe. However, if you know your ADR is truly malaligned? (that's probably not a word) I would seek more professional help - preferrably sooner rather than later.

*C4-5 and C5-6 Mild & moderate posterior broad-based disc bulges w/small posterior end plate osteophytes, mild spinal canal stenosis.
*C6-7 Broad-based posterior disc bulge w/small focal posterior central protrusion mildly indenting the anterior thecal sac, no canal or neural foraminal stenosis.
