I am currently taking 4 7.5/3.25 percocets, 1 200mg celebrex, and 20mg lexapro a day for my L5 S1 torn disc. My question is when i try to make it through the day without taking any percocets at night i get that restless leg syndrome, my legs won't stay still and i have to stand up or massage my feet.
Am i going through withdraws?? And how can i stop this from happening besides continuing taking my meds. I heard bananas help and vitamins but i dont know which ones.

You need the electrolytes; Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium..etc, I would drink some Gatorade, there is also a supplement called EmergenC, they come in small powdered packets in a box of 36. I love this stuff!! they really work.
Tonic water is good too.
