Peripheral Neuropathy /Radiculopathy. Info needed

I have been diagnosed with both Peripheral Neuropathy (PN) and Radiculopathy. As this disorder is rapidly becoming more diffucult for me to live with I recently consulted with a neourosurgeon as to what (if anything) could be done to arrest the effects of this disorder. After reveiwing my MRI's he explained that he thought my specific condition was being exacerbated a result of a degenerative disc @ L5- S1. Since I have already had a bilateral microdecompression at this level with no pain relief he has recomended an ADR. My question is; has anybody else had this procedure done specifically to alleviate the effects of PN and Radiculopathy (foot pain and numbness) and if so did it work?
