Thanks for the useful and entertaining link. I particularly liked the National Spine Associations Book - "The Coach Potato Workout". Apparently you can gain strength, balance, and flexibility without ever leaving your sofa. The proceeds from the purchase of the book are supposed to fund rehabilitation programs. I'll have to check out other links when I have the time.

Thanks, Harrison. So far I've only had a chance to check out the cervical transforaminals thread--pretty scary stuff.
