I swear that things are getting rapidly worse. I was resting and decided to sleep on my stomach. I was stretching a bit which resulted in going from an arched back to a straightened back (do you follow) and I felt a popping or a clicking in my back - this has NEVER happened. Has anyone had this experience?
I should be hearing on my 72 hour appeal any day - very anxious!

Laura: I'd call my doc to report this - especially if you're in considerably more pain. And good luck on your appeal. Advice from an amateur. Best, Allan

Hi Allan,
I have and appointment in 3 days with Regan. So I will talk to him about that. Have you ever heard of this?

Laura, I've had it but it was accompanied by pain/crawling.
Btw, I'm seeing him this Wednesday a.m. Am sending an email of questions so he'll get 'em on Monday. Good luck, Allan

If you look in Chirogeek you will find this is caused by air within the joint. Chiropractors and Osteopaths introduce air or more fluid into a joint to try and get it in the correct position
If you have no pain then just check with your specialist when you see him - - -no panic Best Alastair
