Ceejay I've have a TENS for a few years, to be honest I usually forget I've got it so it doesn't get used much. (out of sight, out of mind).
Ive found it's OK while on and for a short while after but the benefit wears off quickly. I guess you need to wear it more often/longer than I do. ![]() I assume there's different types, mine has 2 pads and several settings. The biggest "buzz" I get is when I accidently turn the current up too high and I get a jolt.

I just started using one but do feel better after using it. I have one with four pads and many settings. I have a few favorites and was told to vary the settings. I have found it can distract you from the pain for awhile which is good.
