Default TENS Unit and Distraction Pain

I'm currently making use of sports cream massage and soaking in bath tub with epsom salt to combat distraction pain. I have a small TENS unit and was curious if anyone has tried using them to combat the discomfort?

Yes, it does help. A NEMS unit, somewhat similar, can also help. Laura actually used her TENS unit until it gave up the ghost and bought a NEMS unit to replace it.

Hey Mark,

This has been discussed quite a bit through the years, I just found one post that was a bit crusty from 2007, but it may still provide some helpful insights:

TENS UNIT After ADR

Keep doing the hot baths -- you're smart to use epsom salts!
