When will a Spine Hospital be built here in the U.S?

and no number or grade can tell you what kind of person a doctor is - i'm not saying they're easy to find everywhere, but there are plenty of good, competent, caring docs out there.

and fwiw - i did just fine a far as grade and blow exams out of the water... and do the same in patient satisfaction and clinical knowledge. i practice what i preach, but not everyone does.
