Default Mattresses: What are spine patients discussing?

Personally, I believe that if one has a healthy spine, a mattress is not a serious issue. After healing from ADR in 2004, I never really gave the idea of bedding much thought.

Unfortunately, some people will have to "invest" in some more expensive mattress solutions, which seem to help many patients get more restful sleep. Here are some past discussions on "getting comfy" at night:

Bed Mattress: Tempur-Pedic vs Sealy True-Form vs Sealy Posturpedic Plush, etc.

New Bed, better sleep, and...

Temperpedic on the way

Searching for New Bed

A word about 'tempurpedic'

Mattress suggestions?

I personally thought a bed was a bed... until my husband and I decided to get the "Rolls-Royce" of mattresses. We got the Serta Perfect Sleeper and I don't like sleeping elsewhere. This bed gives you a hug as you sleep. I had issues sleeping on anything else for years. When we were getting married we decided to get the top of the line bed because of my bad back and his knees, it was the BEST decision we could have made. Yes its a little pricy but well worth it. I can actually wake up in the morning and feel semi normal
