Wow, 1 day left! part of a day of work, an appointment with neurophysiologist for a spine scan and report at 6:15 am tomorrow. I hope I can get some sleep afterwards. I haven't slept for more than 3 hours at any point for a very long time. Tough week for pain, but I am going to stretch and get up now to "run" to work...well, more like a fast painful limp...but at least I will be smiling! Will keep you posted through ordeal!

Mike

Mike, for years before my surgery, I never got more than a few hours of uninterrupted sleep... One of the ways I knew my surgery was a success was that I started sleeping like a baby. I look forward to reading about your great sleep, riding adventures, and everything involved with getting back to life! Good luck! Keep us posted.

Mark

Mike,

I can relate the phone rang at 2:30 am and I was not able to get back to sleep even on Lunesta. Thanks Hawk. Everything just bangs around in my head. Glad you are going for a run and will do some good stretching today it should help you relax tonight.

I just put my road bike on the car along with all the cobwebs to go for my last ride. We are sure on the same path these days. Good luck I know you will do great Im looking forward to your next post.

God Bless
