7 Months Post-op

I am currently seven months post-op and doing great except for one spot. I currently have pain in my upper left thigh. It started as numbness which I thought was due the daily shot they gave me at the hospital for 10 days but know it turned into pain. I do not wake up with this pain it comes after sitting and goes away when lying down. It is worst during the work week. On the weekends when I don't work it comes on later and goes away when I lay down for a while.
They have ordered me a new chair at work to give that a try. While on vacation in March I actually was painfree completely so I feel it is something (or the amount of sitting) that is causing this. I believe the nerve may be pinched when doing the surgery, but I don't know this. I go back to the doctor the end of June for a follow-up.
Any suggestions?
