You are welcome. The German Spine Conference is interesting reading. My point-of-view is biased on what is of interest.

I keep reading because there are still symptoms. There are significant variances. Most adrsupport.org readers know what happens when symptoms occur; activity is limited.

Humans age and the intervertebral disc is a component that shows use with age, like other joints and organs. Car accidents and other trauma to the spine cause disc damage that just doesn't get repaired.
