I don't. If you prefer a U.S. doctor and can't find one in Nashville. I would talk with Dr. Zigler from the Texas Back Institute. I am not saying use him, but definitely meet with him. I was extremely impressed with him.

2006 Discectmomy L5S1
2008 Discectomy L4
2010 Re-herniated L5S1
2011 3 Epidurals with little to no help
7/11 scheduled to go and get 2 level ADR in Germany (L4-5 and L5S1)<----Chickened out.
8/11 2nd discectomy on L5S1 that didn't take and now may have possible facet issue on right side of L5S1.
ADR here I come.....

I am also in Nashville. I just made contact with Dr. Bertagnoli's representative. I have also contacted TBI. Let me know what you find out and I will do the same.
