Anyone had a 2 level fusion below a 2 level adr?

Hello to all - 4th time trying to post this - just keeps poofing away..will try to be short so it will stay this time.

My quick story, if this is at all possible!

1998- Car Accident
1999-2003 - Layed flat. No one in U.S. wanted to fix me due to too many bad levels - L1/2 - small herniation, L2/3 - L5/S1 - herniated, tears, bulging, along with bilateral SI joint fixation, and 4 herniated discs in neck. Lots of pain and nightmare times.

Late 2003- Had 2 level Prodisc ADR with Dr. Bertagnoli. I felt as if literally titter-tottering on the brink of death after surgery (and I do believe very familiar with pain). I stayed in hospital a month. They wanted me to stay longer, but had a child in U.S.

But oh so slowy, by 2008, 4 years later, was sitting up throughout the day and walking for 5-10 minutes without having to sit down. I could bike one/week, swim, walk in restaurant and movies, etc. I finally had a semblance of a life. YEAH!!!!! SO GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATED. until..

3 WEEKS AGO - had another card accident. Made last 2 discs worse. I feel I am in same shape as before. My facets have been bad and inflamed at all 4 levels for a whiile now, and have had to have steroids put into them every few months for last 10 years just to keep the bonfire away. So I know they won't do ADR at the last 2 levels. Have had 2 series of steroids recently, but when these wear off, I am a goner. So am trying to rush and figure out what to do before I can hardly move again.

To top it off, yesterday my big dog ran hard into my knee that had surgery on it last summer (triple ligaments messed up), and I think he has now botched the surgery - extremely painful and couldn't walk even if my back was better. Am seeing knee ortho in a.m. If this wasn't all so ridiculously true, I would be laughing my head off at what all I just wrote...think the pain is making me lose it ha

Am wondering if anyone has had 2 level fusion along with 2 level ADR, maybe with bilateral SI joint screws below - or anything along these lines, and if so, could you pls tell me with what surgeon? I used to be on here a long time ago, but would like to know recent really good surgeons experienced with complicated cases. I hope someone can help me; am not... ready to be a vegetable again..don't think my spirit will let me go back there. Soooh afraid.

Would consider going back to Dr. Bertagnoli, but for 2 reasons: 1) Can't afford total cash surgery at this time like before, and 2) afraid their post-op pain medicine does not work on me - ..lucky to be here...still traumatic to this day. Sorry to post this, but it's true.
