Anyone had L2 ADR? Surgeon wants to do it but second opinion said it is has some potentially more serious complications. recommended i see delamarter. anyone have any experience with L2 adr?

-back problems start at age 14 (1986) -2001 mri shows bulging disc -2 years of on again/off again narcotic pain medication -2003 off pain medicine -october 1st 2010 back problems resurface -mri shows 2 herniated discs at L5 and L2 -discogram shows L2 is source of pain -may 2011 dr recommends adr |

Do you mean L1-L2 or L2-L3? But yes, the higher up the lumbar spine, the trickier in terms of anatomy, hence more risk.
