Default No quick fix

Sorry but you pegged me wrong. I have not wanted surgery in the worst way and I have been suffering with pain , continuous numbness and tingling in my back and fingers. I have tried many injections and have done p.t. religiously. I am a religious person and do not take this lightly.m Its a HUGE deal and there are no quick fixes. I'd like to get off most of my pain meds and be a mom to my kids. I have been to many spiritual people who have said I will need surgery. No juicing wont be the quick fix for me but thanks for the info.

I can totally relate to wanting to feel better for your kids ~ of course yourself too!!

As far as discomfort swallowing, it wasn't that bad. I was able to eat breakfast the morning after surgery, and although I did eat part of a roll then, I preferred things like yogurt and soup which they gave me later.

Let us know how your discogram goes and what Dr. Delamarter thinks about the other disc.

Lisa, I was meaning only to inquire if you've tried other things to support your wellness. Like you, I am deeply spiritual. I have devoted my life to helping people from all over get back to wellness. I explained the importance of setting up a history in your signature in my earlier emails and post to you.

Sorry for the offense. There are many different things we need to get back on the road to wellness. I've learned that the hard way and have come to really understand the criticality of nutrition and enzymes in getting well. Case in point, see Robin's post from today on her recovery and her use of enzymes. Or my post-op recovery and learnings here.

Thanks, Catelynn, for your supportive comment. Lisa, we are here for you!
