Unhappy CT & MRI Results-L4/L5-Am I an ADR candidate?

Hi all,
I usually wake up in shivering pain at around 4:00am and thought that I might change things up by being productive rather than sorry for myself this morning. . .

I'm in the process of sending my disks out to docs (McAfee & Balderston) and would be thankful for any and all opinions on my scans. I'm also particularly interested in anyone who has had the Prodisc-L placed at the L/4-L/5 region and would love to know how you're doing. Below are the radiology reports.

Thanks in advance and warm regards,
-Chad

CT 9/3/10:
-Diskogenic degenerative changes at l-4/l5
-Partial sacralization of the l5 vertebral body
-Lumbar alignment within normal limits.
-Slight straightening of the normal lumbar lordosis.
-Vertebral height maintained
-Mild disk space narrowing at l4/l5, L5/S1 with minimal disk calcification.
-Facet Joints within normal limits.
-No gross paravertebral abnormalities are seen.
-L4/L4 suggestion of shallow posterior disc bulging with possible superimposed small left foraminal protrusion. Mildly narrows left lateral recess, but no significant neuroforaminal narrowing

MRI (with & w/o contrast) 4/19/10:
-Straightening of the lumbar spine
-Vertebral heights maintained
-Disc dessication st l4/l5 & narrowing at l5/s1
-L4/L4 Disc bulge. Small focus on T2 hyperintensity along central posterior disc which may be related to post disctectomy changes or peripheral annular tear
-Mild impression on thecal sac w/o significant central canal narrowing
-Impressions: post-op (microdisctectomy in 1997) changes at l4/l5 with peripheral annular tear. No sig central canal narrowing w/ mild foraminal and mild/moderate bilateral subarticular recess narrowing.
