There was a poster Dano, who some time ago had a single level Charite I think at L5-S1. After surgery/recovery time he resumed his job as a firefighter who would walk up stairs, etc. carrying at least 50 lbs. of gear.

(But my surgeon, John Regan, told me not to lift more than 30 lbs. post-surgery after a two level ADR that I chickened out of).

Severe, extensive DDD, considered inoperable by Dr. Regan, Lauressen, & some guy at UCLA. Severe foraminal stenosis (guess they can't operate!) and some spinal cord compression that Lauryssen would fix if gets outta hand.

Default Hockey

I went back to work as Firefighter Full time and I play hockey on sunday nights. ADR returned me to my life no question about it.
