Hi everyone, i had ADR surgery in Germany 5 weeks ago, 1 level at L5/S1, i am doing really well, i have not taken a painkiller for over 2 weeks, the only thing i really have is a little muscle tightness in my legs, even though it is still early days i feel i am going to have a very good recovery. I used this site before and after surgery for advice and help, i just wanted to say a thank you for all the information available and my best wishes to everyone who has had ADR surgery or who is thinking about it. Thank you to Alastair, who is very helpful. Thank you !

Hi Lisa,

Great to hear you're doing well and that morale is good. Remember to take it easy even if you feel like you can do more; your body needs time to heal. This kind of warning is usually Sir A's job, but he must be sleeping in across the Channel ths morning.

take it easy,

Trace

Hi Lisa,
well I'm delighted that you're making a a good recovery, take it easy for the next five weeks and you should see huge improvements. Keep breaking things down into small portions, you know where I am if you need me .
Best,
Alastair
