I am looking for anyone that can provide information on the hybrid surgery on L5-S1 and L4-L5 that has been performed by Dr. Delamarter of the LA Spine Institute. I am looking for all information possible (both positive and negative). Please PM me. Thanks.

Thx for posting Shane. When you can, pls search using these terms (hybrid, Delemarter, etc.). You'll find many past topics which you can read to identify people having either hybrid and/or surgery with Dr. D. When you find these patients, you can PM them. Let me know if you need any help.
