Rob,
The M6 is not yet FDA approved in the US. But, here is a link to a spine clinic in Santa Monica, CA that is participating in the FDA trial. If you do some research you will be able to find other facilities in this study as well as the acceptance criteria. If you don't mind participating in a human trial, you may be able to get an M6 in the US? Good luck, Jeff
