Neck Pain without arm/nerve pain...
I just turned 30 and dont know what to do...my neck constantly makes "crunching"
 noisese....

C4-5: Mild disc height loss with central annular fissure. Small broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion. Moderate central canal stenosis-the disc protrusion abuts and mildly flattens the left ventral surface of the spinal canal. C5-6: Disc desiccation with mild height loss.Diffuse discosteophyte bulge and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, moderate central canal stenosis- Severe neuroforaminal stenosis bilaterally, right greater than left.

too young
You are so young to have these issues. I do not know what to recommend. What do the docs say? Usually pills and therapy for some time before they would recommend anything more invasive. Were you in an accident or have some injury?
I hope you find a good solution.

Jessica 39 yrs old 10/2005 MVA C5-C6 herniation w/ cord impingement/displacement Unable to work full time. July 31, 2006 Surgery successfully completed Prodisc-C C5/C6 on in Straubing, Germany by Dr. Bertagnoli. Able to work full time since 1 month post op, but some pain remains. 10/2008 3 surgeons confirm C6/C7 needs ADR and always has. Has anyone had a second ADR surgery on an adjacent level?
