Pdd
Thanks everyone for your comments regarding the PDD. For now, I'm going to focus on the lumbar. Maybe my lumbar issue will provide some correction to the cervical issues. As I think back to that first bad car accident in my 20's I experienced back and neck pain. Shortly after doing minimal treatment, I bounced back and got back to running and an active life. I've been told that once my lumbar has been corrected that maybe I'll get relief at the cervical level. Could it be that simple?!

’07 Neck pain: desiccation c3-7,mild spondylosis, c4-5 bulge, bone spurs.
‘08 c3-7 cervical plasma disk decompression left w/ chronic neck pain.
‘10 Lumbar pain retnd worse. DDD L5/S1, sm disc protru, annular tears, L4-5 mild facet,L5/S1-Injections min relief.
