Folks,

Many of you have learned a lot through the months of pain, agony, researching, asking questions and learning from others. If you can, please find a minute to reach out to folks -- and help them in their struggle for pain relief -- especially the folks that have posted recently in the "Big Bucket."

Thanks for caring.

Ha........You beat me to it Alan........Lots of help needed with insurance in the big bucket. Is that what you are talking about Harrison?

Would love to hear more from you post-op disc babies out there about what you can do days, weeks, months and years after ADR. I could use the inspiration these days.

I want to thank all of you that have reached out to me in this difficult time it has helps so much!

Hi Paulette,
why don't you look in surgical outcomes where the members have had their surgery and recovered?
Best,
Alastair

Hi Harrison,

Just thought I would chyme in here and say that I am willing to help others that want my help.

Paulette - as a Prodisc "baby", I feel as though nothing ever happened to me (just over a year post-op). I can pretty much do what I want to, but I have to say that I tend to error on the side of caution and limit activity due to fears of reinjury. Perhaps, this could be some PTSD from living in chronic pain so long - then again, it could be a "healthy" sense of fear. Regardless, I can atleast go through life without looking at the clock and timing medications & etc. - keeping fingers crossed of course.

Harrison how can I go to the Big Bucket without going to your post and clicking on the link? Where is it on the site?

Melody, there are several ways:

Use the "hop to" in the lower right corner and choose big bucket;

CLick on the ADR Support banner in the upper left, and choose it from there;

When you get there, bookmark it, using your preferred bookmarking method (there are several ways, depending on your browser).

Have you noticed that there are many different forums?
