Default Poll

I was wondering if anyone on here has ever done a poll.
Would be curious if we could set that up.

One poll for people who have had one ADR done and would they do it again.
One poll for people who have had multi ADR done and would they do it again.
One poll for people who have had one fusion and would they do it again.
One poll for people who have had multi fusion and would they do it again.

I would be so curious as to how many people who have had surgery would go back and do it again or not. It would be nice to get some kind of percentage from people who have actually experienced surgery and if they felt it was worth it or not. There are so many members with completely different stories and experiences, it really is hard to tell which way the scales would tip as to regretting it or not.

What if the question was very basic and you could only answer yes or no.
Would you have the surgery again, knowing what you know now, how you feel now vs life before the surgery. It would be an interesting percentage to see. (IMHO)

Hi Vicki, yes, that's a good question that we tackle frequently. We can do another one, have you searched and found the others? Many hundreds have already replied to the lengthy post-op survey, have you already seen my presentation?

‪Artificial Disc Replacement: The Patient's Perspective (Rehearsal)‬‏ - YouTube

Your questions are fair, but you need to have real expectations about getting "actionable" results from a survey that is from any public forum. That said, years ago, I put a great deal of time, effort and resources into the survey mentioned in the above presentation. There are myriad variables to consider.

Pls review the post-op forums. Take the time to read these stories, which patients have selflessly shared to answer your very questions.

I have read many of the stories, was just curious as to how it would look if it was just a yes or no answer and which way the scale would tip.

Believe me, I've read ALOT of posts here
