Pre consultation advice?

Hi,

All, I have been going through the super fun process of finalizing a plan. 3 US MDs all said ADR until they understood I would be going to someone else. Not fun, but I think I am set on the lumbar M6 with Dr. Clavel.. his written recommendation to me said that my case was difficult to diagnose as my MRI looked as if I needed a 3 level but the discogram suggested only one. Even with that he is recommending a possible 1 or a 3 level he would decide once he could visualize the disc.

I am waiting for a time for with phone consult. Here is my question. On my discogram L2-3 was positive for pain not as severe as L3-L4, but both L2-3 and L3-4 had disruptive architecture with dye present all aroung L3-4 and anteriorly on L2-3 on the followup CT scan. L4-l5 does have DDD but is intact and had zero pain in the discogram.

I plan on refusing L4-L5 due to condition stated above. I would appreciate any input. has anyone had similar experiences? i am happy that I am a candidate and am zeroing on a plan, just want to make the best decison
