Default Question of curiousity or stupidity

Why do some Drs have their patients wear a brace after a lumbar adr and some dont i would be the first to say i would need one cause i would not think and just twist or bend over when not suppose to ... Answer from any drs out there

Dont know how or why this has happen life in general i guess

Simple answer: there are no standards for post-op care. Well, there may be some, but they are blurry. If you search for braces (et al terms), you'll find that we discussed this many times over the past seven years.

Most patients do not get a script for a brace, they just take it slow. I didn't wear one during my recovery.
