Mark,
I'm trying to get the article but when I got to your website and click on news and then to read the article--my computer gets a message that says "file damaged". I've tried 3 times. Do you have any idea what that means?

Mark,
It starts to open Acrobat and then I get the error message. I upgraded my computer a few weeks ago and have window XP so it should work, unless aol is hanging it up. I'll try again.
