In the FAQs that Alistair has kindly published, there is a ton of useful information. One of the FAQs was on "Spine" Magazine. You can sift through the abstracts via the link he provides. For those of you that want to take the time to do a little bit of research, the abstracts are well-written and packed with good summary details. Below are some of them:

Severe, extensive DDD, considered inoperable by Dr. Regan, Lauressen, & some guy at UCLA. Severe foraminal stenosis (guess they can't operate!) and some spinal cord compression that Lauryssen would fix if gets outta hand.
