How common is retrolisthesis after ADR surgery with the Prodisc L and what are its' implications? I don't have my xray reports that were done post op day 1 after my surgery to check the placement of the Prodisc L but I do recall reading a statement about having mild retrolisthesis at L4 > than L5 which was never a pre-existing condition in many of my screenings (i.e. films, MRI, x-rays, etc...) just never a problem for me. I guess I am just trying to figure our what this all means. I don't meet with my neurosurgeon for another 6 weeks and perhaps this is nothing significant or normal after ADR surgery. He probably did not feel the need to alarm and worry me as I want to believe that if you have several radiologist read the same x-rays they may all come up with different conclusions or interpretations. At least this is what happened when I had several MRIs throughout the course of my DDD, each radiologist had a different level and degree of interpretation. Some made it out to be much worse than what it really was and other didn't give it much thought and consideration.

Thanks!
