Hey, there are many variables here. What surgical procedure? Which ADR? Etc. Please embellish a bit. And is cost the deciding factor? The fact that you have thoracic involvement is unusual. Do you or your docs have an explanation for this?

In my case, being one level lumbar ADR
TBI would have been $40,550 (prodisc) that would not have included airfare, hotel, car, food, etc... Just coming home from England and getting a M6L we spent $36,000. That's including airfare (3 seats roundtrip), hotel, car, fuel, food, etc. My local doctor wanted to charge me $54,000 for a fusion (2010) This is easy to say, and hard to do but try not to base your decision on the price or even the location. I think the doctor that you feel most comfortable with has to be the deciding factor.

Ok i will embelish a bit.. Cervical adr 1 or 2 lumbar adr 1 or 2 . No cost is not my deciding factor i have already decied the who what and where. I am just Curious on the prices that other folks have got feom Drs in the US compared to what they either had done over seas or in the US ..
The thoratic involvement have no clue about And the Drs have really never mentioned it they have always focus on the cervical and the lumbar. Why is it unusual ? And yes Vicki the Dr is my deciding factor, and it will be Dr boeree. I have had bidding wars going with other dr in europe trying to give me a better price then dr boeree but that wasnt what i wanted to hear or see from them dr boeree i believe is the best and has the best to offer .. Especially when i am to have 4 replaced at one time .oooooo ![]() ![]()
